By placing an order it will be understood that you have read below fully and are in agreement, please do read entirely.

PayPal fee of 6% is due to the customer and it applies to the full amount.

Deposits are non refundable part of the payment. Deposits secure your place in the waiting list.

Payment of the final balance is due when work begins, which can be months in advance of completion date.

Delay can occurs in any time caused by external factors. We work with external companies which take our requests with waiting time too.If you worry for something please contact us first.

We make regular discounts. Discounts are only for new orders!!!

Handmade service. Returns accepted only in very exceptional circumstances. If return is requested it is your responsibility to pack and send the palette in its original condition in a manner that we will receive it undamaged. Once we receive the palette back we will inspect it very carefully and we will notify you if the return is aproved or not. If return is aproved restocking fee of 40% of the full amount excluding shipping fee and deposit plus the additional options fees will apply. If you order a palette with name engraving on top - refund is 100% impossible.

Returns are made at customers expense and risk, original shipping fee is non refundable. Additional options fees are non refundable.Deposit is non refundable.

In the event of transit loss or damage, liability is restricted to a remaking of the order. Time will be needed to remake the order, this would be unavoidable.

Secure and careful transit packing. It is your responsibility to check and accept the delivery. Any signs of package or contents damage must be noted to the driver upon receiving. You have 7 days term to fullfil a complain against the carrier. Retain all packaging, as no transit damage claim can be made without it.
Shipping is recorded and tracked.
